After some deliberation with pann, we decided the person who will be roleplaying Percy will be FlugBug !!!

 


Between both tryouts, is was such a difficult decision. We loved the characterization of both tryouts, but we thought Starke would fit the best into the family dynamic we wanted to portray. Thank you both of you for being interested in roleplaying this character- it seriously was such a difficult decision and both of your love and care for these characters shone through in the amounts of hard work that went into your applications. This is always the hardest part of hosting a tryout waagghh... 

Hopefully there will be more opportunities down the line to get involved with this family and our plots!

INTRODUCTION

With Sol and Kili returning to Havensake, Pann and I were able to bring back some of their kits and give them to new role-players (with permission of old rpers, of course!) so if you were/are interested in roleplaying a Sili kit, and didnt get to in the past, feel free to try out now! We have some interesting plots going on between sol and Kili rn, and id love to have a small active family around again!

RULES

 We are looking for someone who will be decently/extremely active with this character. Please only tryout if you're willing to get in there and get involved with all the plots we have going <3
 True name and design is completely up to you!
 Art does not have to be drawn by you, commissioned art is acceptable as long as credit is given
Some hypokit designs are unavailable. Pay attention to which one as to not be asked to change it.
Only current members of Havensake can tryout. We don't want to risk the winner not being able to join for a while thru sponsorships. Sorry!
Please only tryout if you are able to have a new character in the next 2-3 weeks!
Biological sex cannot be changed but gender is open!!
Percy must be on the SHADOW-TRIBE application.
Writing their entire family tree is not required-- though immediate family is. See in character information for more info.
Deadline is May 13th, and winner will be chosen by May 14th.

Feel free to make your own design, or use any hypo kits provided. Percy MUST be a shadow-triber, but ability/rank is totally up to you! Also, Percy will be 2.5 years old.

IN-CHARACTER INFORMATION

Percy was born much smaller and weaker than his siblings. This was likely due to the battle Sol participated in before his birth, or simply just genetic. When he was born, he was rushed to Light-Tribe to be stabilized. He has always been the smallest and weakest of all his brothers and sisters, as well as being the youngest. That being said, when he was a kit he was role-played as having a spirited personality. He tried to keep up with his older brothers despite his physical limitations, and received some extra attention/coddling from his mother.

Sol blamed herself for how Percy is. They have a complicated relationship and I'd love to see how it progresses IC once he joins! When Percy came to Shadow-Tribe, he struggled to keep up with his training. This only made Sol resent herself/him more, and was wary of the tom. You could have Percy notice this change in his mother, if you want! She'd often watch him with a distant expression. She looked down on him as a result of her own shame. Though she loved Percy, her favouritism for her stronger sons/daughter was apparent.

When he turned 9 moons, his mother and father went missing. Unbeknownst to him, Sol and Kili had an argument over Percy which resulted in them both being swept away from the tribes. What happens beyond this point is up to you! This is just a suggestion, but perhaps due to the rampant plague in the tribes, Percy could have been asked to leave for his own safety. He has a fragile immune system and catching this plague would have certainly killed him!

His elder brother Vega (catcanoe) could have left with him and they've been exploring together ever since. 

As for whats happening in current rp...
After returning to the tribes, both Kili and Sol have been struggling with the loss of their family. Sol has been searching night after night to see if any have returned to the tribes. Due to this loss, Sol has found herself clinging more and more to her mother, D'ialia, for support. Though she was accomplished in Shadow-Tribe before their move, returning has seemingly de-aged her to a time in her life where she craved acceptance from her own mother. Because of this, her and Kili's relationship has been strained. D'ialias nationalism and Sol's want to please her has resulted in the Orange-Shadow pressuring Kili to join Shadow-Tribe. Ultimately, this ends with them no longer being together and Sol trying to find a new mate in Shadow-Tribe.

When Percy returns, Sol will be overjoyed. However, old discomforts may arise. Sol will begin searching harder for her other lost kits (if the weakest made it, then the strongest must have made it too sort of mentality) and this can definitely put a strain on their relationship

Percy was born in a litter of 5.
Gin (Tom, Air-Tribe),Lupis (Tom, Water-Tribe), Vega (Tom, Air-Tribe), and Rue (Molly, Air-Tribe)
Vega (his older brother; now Air-Tribe) will be;role-played by catcanoe. In Shadow-Tribe, Sol has a littermate (Noctis) and nieces/nephews that Percy will be related to. As well as this, his grandmother, D'ialia, will be in Shadow-Tribe. Please include these immediate family relations in his bio!

HOW TO TRYOUT

Tryouts will be judged by how active we think you'll be, the depth of character you gave Percy etc. Please try to brainstorm some cool ideas for plots we could do together, it would really help your application! Most of all I am looking for someone to role-play plenty with and have some really fun plots with. So, try to center your application around that! Other then that, go wild. his character is completely up to you and im so excited to see all the ideas for where to take him!!
